Initiate Request
Log into your Mineblock account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and components to ensure full credit eligibility.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping marks are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
